The Ballston Spa Village Cemetery is an active, public, non-sectarian, non-profit 501c(13) cemetery located in the Village of Ballston Spa, New York. The cemetery is regulated by the New York State, Department of State, Division of Cemeteries.
The Ballston Spa Village Cemetery is owned and managed by The Ballston Spa Cemetery Association, Inc. Board of Trustees, comprised of unpaid volunteers elected by lot owners. The Board of Trustees is responsible for setting policies, fund raising, and managing the finances, property and contractors of this cemetery. Neither the cemetery or the association has employees, rather the burial services and maintenance of the cemetery is performed by contract with our Cemetery Superintendent.
